Amsterdam, Holland

This city is famous for its nightlife, red light district, and legal soft drugs available at coffee shops, bars and cafes. It is an important cultural center of Europe. Many festivals take place throughout the year; if you plan to go, you should check the dates of upcoming festivals. Do not buy drugs from street pushers as that is still illegal. Salvador, Brazil

Salvador is known as the Brazil’s capital of happiness because of its never-ending nightlife and the easy attitude of its residents. Pelourinho, the historical center of the city, is a haven for backpackers and international college students on holidays because there are many music concerts happening there every night. Many of them are free and others can be entered at cheap rates. It is, however, dangerous at night so stick together as a group and do not venture out alone at night. There are wonderful beaches to hang out during the day, including the world’s third best beach at Porto da Barra Beach.

Buenos Aires, Argentina

Buenos Aires is the largest city in Argentina. It is also referred to as the Paris of South America. Most days pubs open as early as 6 p.m. and stay open till 6 in the morning.
